By accessing our website or making a reservation with The Hidden Museum, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The Hidden Museum. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. By making a reservation, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept payment via the methods specified in your booking confirmation. All prices are listed in US Dollars and include applicable taxes and fees as disclosed at the time of booking.

Payment must be received within the timeframe specified in your approval email. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of your reservation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to stay@thehiddenmuseum.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request. We reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy for specific circumstances.

All guests are expected to follow the house rules provided at check-in. Key rules include:

Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

The Hidden Museum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any stay at our property. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your reservation shall not exceed the total amount paid for your stay.

We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay. We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.

Our units are provided for residential short-term rental purposes only. Commercial use, subletting, or use for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. Guests must treat the property with care and leave it in the same condition as found upon arrival.

Any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for any damages discovered after checkout.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of The Hidden Museum and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
